Fall Guys
Game trailer
Animated promotional headlines and in-game text rebuilt in Japanese, keeping the trailer’s colorful visual style.
- Animated headlines
- Gameplay text
- Japanese
Demo only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders.
The challenge
A game trailer mixes large animated campaign copy with small labels inside gameplay footage. Switching from English to Japanese changes the shape and length of both, while each message still needs to fit its brief moment on screen.
The localization
NativeCut adapted “PARTY UP”, “CUSTOMIZE”, and the “WINNER!” banner into Japanese, alongside smaller in-game labels. The rebuilt text keeps the bold outlines, colorful panels, and placement of the original while the gameplay continues underneath.
For your videos
Reuse a finished trailer for another market, including text within its recorded gameplay. Adapt campaign messages and embedded labels without capturing the same gameplay again or rebuilding every promotional graphic.
CHAGEE
Brand campaign
Chinese calligraphy and vertical copy, adapted into English while preserving the ad’s painterly style.
- Vertical text
- Stylized typography
- English
Demo only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders.
The challenge
Moving from Chinese to English changes the shape, length, and reading direction of the text. Handwritten headlines and vertical passages also need to fit the commercial’s visual style.
The localization
NativeCut rebuilt the headlines in English with a similar handwritten style. Vertical Chinese copy became a narrow English column, keeping its placement alongside the artwork and the original scene timing.
For your videos
Bring campaigns with calligraphy or unusual text layouts to new audiences. Adapt the wording and reading flow while keeping the artwork, product shots, and character of the original creative.
Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
Film trailer
Highly stylized trailer titles, rebuilt from English into French.
- On-screen text
- Stylized typography
- French
Demo only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders.
The challenge
Cinematic lettering carries texture, depth, and lighting as well as words. A new language needs to feel like part of the same title card throughout its animation.
The localization
NativeCut rebuilt the English trailer copy in French, matching the ornate gold lettering and its motion. The green Shrek lettering, red fabric background, and surrounding footage retain the original composition.
For your videos
Adapt stylized titles in trailers, teasers, and promos without rebuilding the whole sequence. Give each market its own wording while preserving the visual identity of your release.
Dreame X50 Ultra
Product video
Product headlines and detailed feature callouts adapted from English into Finnish around an animated product cutaway.
- Feature callouts
- Product animation
- Finnish
Demo only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders.
The challenge
Feature videos explain several functions at once, with labels arranged around a moving product. Longer translated phrases need new line breaks while keeping each explanation close to the feature it describes.
The localization
NativeCut rebuilt the headline and callouts for refilling, emptying, washing, and drying in Finnish. The translated labels remain in translucent panels around the product animation, with temperature values carried over from the original.
For your videos
Create language versions of product explainers from an approved video export. Update the feature copy around existing product shots and animations without returning to the original 3D or motion-design project.
ChatGPT Work
Software demo
From interface labels to document paragraphs and charts: a text-rich product video localized into Chinese.
- UI text
- Documents & charts
- Chinese
Demo only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders.
The challenge
Product walkthroughs often contain text across several apps, forms, and documents. Localizing them means adapting both the interface and the content shown inside it.
The localization
NativeCut rebuilt English prompts, interface labels, document copy, and chart labels in Chinese. Pound signs became yuan signs, while numerical amounts stayed unchanged; no currency conversion was applied.
For your videos
Adapt an existing product demo for another market without recording every screen again. Supply approved translations and market-specific amounts to reflect what your audience should see.
NHRA Potomac Nationals
Broadcast
An excerpt from the NHRA Potomac Nationals presented by JEGS broadcast, with English race graphics adapted into Hindi.
- Broadcast graphics
- Data-rich layouts
- Hindi
Demo only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders.
The challenge
This drag racing broadcast from Maryland International Raceway combines championship odds, driver matchups, and race graphics. Adapting it into Hindi means fitting Devanagari names and headings into compact layouts alongside portraits and numerical data.
The localization
NativeCut adapted the championship-odds panel, driver names, matchup text, and “FINAL” graphic into Hindi. Race footage, portraits, numerical values, and sponsor logos remain in place, with the original commentary retained.
For your videos
Adapt recorded sports segments, highlights, and broadcast packages for another audience from the finished video. Localize the graphics already embedded in the coverage without reopening the original broadcast graphics project.
Plebania
Archive TV
An older series, a new audience. Polish opening titles adapted into Chinese from the finished video.
- Archive content
- Opening titles
- Chinese
Demo only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders.
Both versions play together. Choose Listen to switch the audio.
The challenge
Older series and films can still find audiences in new markets, even when their original project files are no longer available. Names and titles baked into the surviving video make adaptation harder, especially over dissolves and layered footage.
The localization
NativeCut adapted character names, the introductory wording, and the series title into Chinese within this finished opening sequence. The new lettering follows the gold color and placement of the Polish titles across the original montage, in its existing 4:3 format.
For your videos
Give archive content another route to international audiences. Localize on-screen titles from the finished video, without recovering old editing projects or recreating the opening sequence. Missing project files need not end a title’s life in new markets.
